Unfortunately the check in system either works in your favor or not. I checked in online before I left home, says to arrive by 3:11 PM. I get there by 3. Check in again once I arrive. Two people waiting ahead of me. They both go, another guest comes in, checks in and gets helped before me despite me following their check in rules. Shame. As you can see I have an estimated wait time of 43 minutes behind two people who aren't even in the store. Edit: a second guy came in after me and was still called before me. It could all be a timing issue but when you check in on the website you should get an accurate wait time. I would have been fine it the website said just come at 4 pm but no it said 3:11 and I left at 3?5 without a haircut.

My Son went in and wanted a simple haircut. It took a half hour. The instructions given (by my son) were not up to par. Will not go back.

Good hair cut, senior discount, and MVP coupon on top of the shampoo wash and conditioner, hot towels, and pampering, made it well worth choosing it over all the other in and out chains where the business us based on the quanity of the haircuts per day rather than the quality.
